The Average* Sales and Median* Sales prices decreased from the prior year period by 6.3% and 1.2% respectively. Days on Market to sell a property averaged 54 days in October 2018, while it was 50 days in the prior year period. Overall, the October 2018 real estate market results look fairly similar to Oct 2017 results.
Interest rates are up since 2017, which will dampen affordability for buyers looking to purchase with a mortgage going into 2019.
